Development Status and Prospect of New Type Urea

新型尿素是在基本不改变尿素生产工艺的基础上,向尿液中直接添加增效剂或在尿素颗粒外表面喷涂增效剂后得到的尿素产品。阐述了缓释尿素、稳定性尿素、聚合氨基酸尿素、含微量元素尿素、增值尿素等五大类新型尿素的特点、功效及生产工艺,分析了新型尿素发展中存在的问题。在国家政策的引导下,随着增效技术的突破与进步,新型尿素产业的发展将更加科学化和规范化。

By adding a synergist directly to the urea solution or spraying a synergist on the surface of urea granular, new type urea can be obtained without changing the urea production process. The characteristics, efficacies and production processes of five new types of urea, including slow-release urea, stable urea, polymerized amino acid urea, trace element urea and value-added urea, are described and the problems existing in the development of new type urea are analyzed. Under the guidance of national policies, with the breakthrough and progress of efficiency-enhancing technology, the development of new type urea industry will be more scientific and standardized.
