王素梅教授多元辨治小儿多发性抽动症经验撷萃

Prof. Wang Sumei’s experience with multiple differentiation and treatment of childhood Tourette’s syndrome

Childhood Tourette’s syndrome is a neuro-psychiatric illness in children. Prof.Wang Sumei has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of this disease and she has proposed a multiple differentiation system of eight-principle syndrome differentiation, etiology syndrome differentiation, zang-fu organ syndrome differentiation, Three-jiao(triple energizers)syndrome differentiation and qi-blood-body fluid syndrome differentiation in treating Tourette’s syndrome.This paper introduces Prof.Wang’s experience in multiple differentiation and treatment of childhood Tourette’s syndrome from the following aspects: eight-principle syndrome differentiation to simplify it, etiology syndrome differentiation to identify the source, syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs with priority to the liver and spleen, syndrome differentiation of the triple energizers, syndrome differentiation of qi-blood-body fluid with a special approach.
