摘要
为科学评价生态河湖建设效果,从水安全保障、水资源保护、水污染防治、水环境治理、水生态修复和水文化建设6个方面优选出包括23个评价指标的指标体系,耦合G1法和熵权法确定指标权重,构建了改进灰色聚类集对分析评价模型,并利用该模型对江苏省2015~2019年的生态河湖建设效果进行评价。结果表明,江苏省生态河湖建设效果逐年提高,并在2019年评价等级达到优秀,与实际情况基本一致。可见该评价模型合理、结果可信。
In order to evaluate the construction effect of ecological rivers and lakes scientifically,an index system including 23 evaluation indexes was selected from six aspects of water safety guarantee,water resources protection,water pollution prevention and control,water environment treatment,water ecological restoration and water culture construction.The index weight was determined by coupling 1 method and entropy weight method,and the comprehensive correlation degree was obtained by using improved grey clustering set pair analysis method.The model was used to evaluate the construction effect of ecological rivers and lakes in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2019.The results show that the construction effect is improved year by year,and the evaluation grade is excellent in 2019,which is basically consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,the proposed evaluation model is reasonable,and the result is reliable.
