U形薄壁渡槽环向预应力钢绞束布置优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 环向预应力钢绞束为大跨度U形薄壁渡槽抵抗水荷载和温度等荷载的关键构件,但目前针对环向钢绞束布置优化的研究较少。结合实际工程,采用三维有限元分析其沿壁厚方向的布置及沿纵向的间距对槽身应力的影响。结果表明,环向预应力钢绞束沿壁厚布置在中间时,内壁应力沿环向整体呈受压状态、对防裂有利,同时内外壁环向应力差较小且分布均匀,因此将环向预应力钢绞束布置在横截面中间是合理的,施工组织也较为简单;纵向间距对槽身环向应力影响较小,不是控制渡槽环向应力的重要因素,从方便施工的角度可采用较大的间距,但间距加大后钢绞束锚固端混凝土压应力随之提高,若纵向间距扩大1、2倍,锚固端混凝土最大压应力分别提高约0.68、1.36倍,会增加钢绞束锚固端的处理难度,因此环向钢绞束的纵向间距主要由锚固要求控制。 Circumferential prestressed steel strands are the key component of long-span U-shaped thin-walled aqueduct to resist the load of water and temperature,but there are few researches on the layout optimization of the circumferential steel strands.In this paper,the effect of the arrangement along the wall thickness and the spacing along the longitudinal direction on the stress of the aqueduct body is analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element method.The results show that when steel strands are arranged in the middle of the section along the wall thickness,the inner wall stress is under compression along the circumferential direction,which is beneficial to crack prevention.The circumferential stress difference between the inner and outer walls is small and the distribution is uniform.Therefore,it is reasonable to arrange the steel strands in the middle of the cross section,and the construction organization is relatively simple.The longitudinal spacing has little effect on the circumferential stress of the aqueduct body,and is not an important factor to control the circumferential stress.It can be used from the perspective of convenient construction.With a larger spacing,the compressive stress of the concrete at the anchor end of the steel strand will increase as the spacing increases.If the longitudinal spacing is enlarged by 1 and 2 times,the maximum compressive stress of the concrete at the anchorage will increase by about 0.68 times and 1.36 times,respectively.The difficulty of handling the anchored ends of the strands increases,so the longitudinal spacing of the circumferential steel strands is mainly controlled by the anchoring requirements.
