全面护理干预对创伤性骨折患者的影响分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and compliance of patients with traumatic fracture

目的分析全面护理干预对创伤性骨折患者疼痛感及依从性的影响。方法回顾分析深圳市宝安区福永人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月期间收治的60例创伤性骨折患者,按其护理方式分组,各30例。对照组男16例、女14例,年龄(45.32±1.21)岁;观察组男17例、女13例,年龄(45.42±1.20)岁。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受全面护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后疼痛程度、依从性状况以及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低于对照组[(1.02±0.02)分比(2.35±0.24)分](P<0.0001),观察组依从性各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.0001),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组[3.33%(1/30)比30.00%(9/30)](χ2=7.6800,P=0.0056)。结论临床在治疗创伤性骨折时,可给予全面护理干预,可显著缓解患者疼痛,提升其依从性,降低并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and compliance of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods Sixty patients with traumatic fracture treated Fuyong People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.There were 16 males and 14 females in the control group;they were(45.32±1.21)years old.There were 17 males and 13 females in the observation group;they were(45.42±1.20)years old.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain degrees,compliance,and incidences of complications were compared between these two groups.Results After the nursing,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(1.02±0.02)vs.(2.35±0.24),P<0.0001];and the compliance scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.0001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[3.33%(1/30)vs.30.00%(9/30),χ2=7.6800,P=0.0056].Conclusion In the clinical treatment of traumatic fracture,comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve the patients'pain,improve their compliance,and reduce complications.
