胺碘酮联合美托洛尔对于室性期前收缩的临床治疗效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on ventricular premature contraction

目的研究分析胺碘酮联合美托洛尔对于室性期前收缩的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法60例室性期前收缩患者,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施美托洛尔单一治疗,观察组实施胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、舒张早期二尖瓣血流速度与舒张晚期二尖瓣血流速度比值(E/A)]水平。结果观察组患者的总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的LVEF(65.1±2.1)%、FS(39.2±1.3)%、E/A(0.99±0.32)均高于对照组的(41.8±1.6)%、(28.5±2.3)%、(0.80±0.21),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔用于治疗室性期前收缩患者可取得十分显著的治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on ventricular premature contraction.Methods A total of 60 patients with ventricular premature contraction were divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone and metoprolol.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),fraction shortening(FS)and peak mitral flow velocity in early diastole to that during atrial contraction(E/A)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 10.00%of the observation group was lower than 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF(65.1±2.1)%,FS(39.2±1.3)%and E/A(0.99±0.32)of the observation group were all higher than(41.8±1.6)%,(28.5±2.3)%and(0.80±0.21)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of amiodarone and metoprolol has significant effect on patients with ventricular premature contraction.
