VEGF和MMP-9在肝癌病理诊断中的应用分析

Analysis of VEGF and MMP-9 applied in pathological diagnosis of liver cancer

目的分析肝癌疾病特点,评价血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在病理诊断中的价值。方法选取50例原发性肝癌(PHC)患者作为观察1组、50例良性肝病患者作为观察2组、50例同期在本院进行健康体检者作为对照组。三组均行VEGF、MMP-9病理诊断,分析比较三组受试者的VEGF、MMP-9水平及阳性表达情况。结果观察1组与观察2组患者的VEGF、MMP-9阳性表达率均高于对照组,且观察1组VEGF、MMP-9阳性表达率分别为70.00%、66.00%,均高于观察2组的26.00%、28.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察1组与观察2组患者的VEGF、MMP-9水平均高于对照组,且观察1组的VEGF、MMP-9水平分别为(221.10±55.50)ng/L、(141.03±45.50)ng/ml,均高于观察2组的(95.30±33.50)ng/L、(121.60±40.05)ng/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早诊断、治疗是提高肝癌疾病预后的关键,病理诊断中应用VEGF、MMP-9可以提高PHC患者疾病诊断准确率,用于疾病早期诊断与治疗具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of liver cancer and evaluate the value of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in pathological diagnosis.Methods There were 50 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)selected as observation group 1,50 patients with benign liver disease as observation group 2 and 50 healthy subjects as the control group.Pathological diagnosis of VEGF and MMP-9 was performed in the three groups,and the levels and positive expression of VEGF and MMP-9 of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those in the control group;the positive expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in observation group 1 were 70.00%and 66.00%,respectively,which were higher than 26.00%and 28.00%in observation group 2;all the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF and MMP-9 in observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those in the control group;the levels of VEGF and MMP-9 in observation group 1 were(221.10±55.50)ng/L and(141.03±45.50)ng/ml,which were higher than(95.30±33.50)ng/L and(121.60±40.05)ng/ml in observation group 2;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer is the key to improving the prognosis.The application of VEGF and MMP-9 in pathological diagnosis can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of PHC patients,and it is of positive significance for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
