Objective To study the effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live)in the adjuvant treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with mesalazine, and the experimental group was treated with mesalazine and bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live). The therapeutic effect,Mayo score and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Mayo score(3.17±2.09)points of the experimental group was significantly lower than(5.74±2.63)points of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score(93.74±2.78)points of the experimental group was higher than(82.49±2.37)points of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the adjuvant treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis, the application of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live)can improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the recovery of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
