针刺联合中药熏洗对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响探讨

目的分析针刺联合中药熏洗对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响。方法80例LDH患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采取常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用针刺联合中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者疼痛情况及腰椎功能改善情况。结果治疗前,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组ODI评分(18.50±3.30)分低于对照组的(22.50±3.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分(2.20±0.30)分低于对照组的(3.50±0.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对LDH患者采取针刺联合中药熏洗治疗,其术后腰椎功能改善明显,可以减轻患者术后疼痛感,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative pain and functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 80 patients with LDH were divided into control group and observation group according to admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing based on the control group.The pain and improvement of lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Oswestry disability index(ODI)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ODI score(18.50±3.30)points of the observation group was lower than(22.50±3.50)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score(2.20±0.30)points of the observation group was lower than(3.50±0.50)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can obviously improve the postoperative lumbar function and relieve the postoperative pain of patients with LDH,and it contains the value of promotion.
