中医药调节动脉粥样硬化的细胞自噬研究进展

Research progress in regulation of autophagy in arteriosclerosis by traditional Chinese medicine

动脉粥样硬化(AS)严重威胁了人类的健康,中医药对预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病起到了举足轻重的作用,但目前对其作用机制尚不明确。自噬在动脉粥样硬化中的关键作用逐渐被人们所认知,中医对自噬作用的理论解释百家争鸣,这些理论指导的多种方剂逐渐被发现其抗动脉粥样硬化作用可能与自噬有关,研究与这些理论相关的中药及其提取物也显示其作用机制与自噬相关。本文就中医药调节动脉粥样硬化中的细胞自噬作用进行综述,为进一步研究提供依据。

Atherosclerosis(AS)has been a serious threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis diseases,but its mechanism is not clear.As the key role of autophagy in arteriosclerosis gradually recognized,theories of autophagy in traditional Chinese medicine have been debated.It has been found that the effect of prescriptions might be related to autophagy,and quite a few research of Chinese herbs and their extracts has also indicated their relationships to autophagy.In this review,this paper summarizes the autophagy in atherosclerosis by traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a basis for further research.
