为了提高内燃机活塞环装配精度及效率,设计七工位活塞自动装环机,活塞环一道环与二道环自动分料及组装装置是该设备的一个工位,在该工位上完成一道环和二道环的分别夹取,提高了分料速度,减少了设备占地面积;实现了一道环和二道环的自动组装,装配精度高,生产效率大幅提升。

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the piston ring assembly of internal combustion engines,a seven-station piston automatic ring assembly machine is designed.The automatic distribution and assembly device for the first ring and the second ring of the piston ring is a station of the equipment,and one station is completed at this station.The separate clamping of the ring and the second ring increases the speed of distributing materials and reduces the equipment area;the automatic assembly of the first ring and the second ring is realized,the assembly accuracy is high,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
