摘要
汽车专业教学的师生需要系统掌握现代汽车电子控制系统的组成、结构、原理、维修等方面的内容,否则就不能与汽车技术发展相适应。而实践教学中,由于在实车上比较难于设置故障还有演示故障现象等情况。所以,让学生在理解与学习的过程中遇到了一定的困难。为了解决该问题,让学生对新兴的电控柴油发动机系统更直观的理解和掌握,因此,以宝来1.9TDI电控泵喷嘴柴油发动机为基础,设计与制作出可用于拆装测试使用的教学台架。教师在利用台架进行授课时,学生更容易加深记忆与理解,这将大幅高学习效率。
Teachers and students of automotive professional teaching need to systematically master the composition,structure,principle,maintenance and other aspects of modern automotive electronic control systems,otherwise they will not be able to adapt to the development of automotive technology.In practice teaching,it is more difficult to set faults and demonstrate fault phenomena in real vehicles.Therefore,students encounter certain difficulties in the process of understanding and learning.In order to solve this problem,let students have a more intuitive understanding and mastery of the emerging electronically controlled diesel engine system.Therefore,based on the Bora 1.9TDI electronically controlled pump nozzle diesel engine,a teaching table that can be used for disassembly and assembly tests was designed and manufactured.shelf.When teachers use the bench to teach,students are more likely to deepen their memory and understanding,which will greatly increase learning efficiency.
