摘要
设计并制造一种关于高职院校焊接实训的多功能焊接操作台。采用UG三维设计软件进行结构设计,有效的防止焊接操作台的零部件的干涉,使整体的设计过程更加高效,该焊接操作台可以满足高职学生考取高级焊工证的位置需求,如板材平位置焊接、板材立位置焊接、管材45°角度的焊接,且焊接操作台高度可调,有效的减缓了学生实训的工作强度。
Design and manufacture a multifunctional welding console for welding training in higher vocational colleges.The UG three-dimensional design software is used for structural design,which effectively prevents the interference of the parts of the welding console and makes the overall design process more efficient.The welding console can meet the position requirements of higher vocational students to obtain the senior welder certificate,such as the flat position of the plate Welding,plate vertical position welding,pipe welding at a 45°angle,and the height of the welding console is adjustable,which effectively slows down the work intensity of students'practical training.
