摘要
卫星通信(SATCOM)是保障美国全球军事行动和联合全域指挥控制(JADC2)的核心和基本能力。当前,在第三次抵消战略大背景下,美军持续强化人工智能等颠覆性技术在卫星通信领域中的应用转化,以期进一步提高卫星通信体系弹性与作战优势。文中将主要介绍美军卫星通信体系试点项目中的关键-柔性调制解调器接口(FMI)技术,该设计主要借助内置人工智能规则引擎,驱动卫星通信终端自主选择最佳信道路径,使美军卫星通信用户能够在作战时敏区间内快速、自主访问不同的卫星、服务提供商和网关。深入研究该技术及应用,对了解美军"卫星通信愿景"实现路径、掌握强敌对手卫星通信作战能力与底数具有重要的参考和指导意义。
Satellite communication( SATCOM) is the core and basic capability to support the US global military operations and JADC2. At present,in the context of the Third Offset Strategy,the US military continues to strengthen the research of disruptive technologies,such as artificial intelligence application and transformation in satellite communication,so as to further improve the flexibility and operational advantages of satellite communication system. This paper mainly introduces the Flexible Modem Interface( FMI) technology,which is the key technology in the SMC satellite communication system pilot project.The design mainly uses the built-in artificial intelligence rule engine to drive the satellite communication terminal to choose the best channel,service providers and gateways independently,so that the military satellite communication users can quickly and independently access different satellites in the combat timesensitive range. The in-depth study of this technology and its application has important reference and guiding significance for understanding the realization path of the US military’s "Enterprise SATCOM Vision",as well as its satellite communication combat capability.
