摘要 研究目的:大跨度系杆拱桥因其施工复杂、技术难度大,均需进行施工监控,产生种类繁多且数量巨大的监控数据。但目前现场监控有一部分流于形式,监测数据并未充分利用,为了实现监控数据的直观展示和长期有效的存储,便于工程技术人员全面掌握大跨度系杆拱桥施工各个阶段的结构状态,本文基于参数化方法建立的BIM拱桥模型,进行二次开发,对拱桥施工监控数据进行有效管理。研究结论:(1)通过参数化建模方法完成了拱桥BIM模型建立,选取拱桥施工过程中的监控信息与BIM模型的集成处理,实现了系杆拱桥施工控制信息的高效集成;(2)利用BIM的二次开发技术,编写插件实现了监控数据的可视化表达,可调取相关数据,直观显示不同施工阶段的受力及变形情况,指导施工;(3)以Visual Studio 2015作为开发平台进行二次开发,实现了对桥梁施工监控数据的信息化集成和可视化表达,可为基于BIM技术的桥梁施工监控数据管理提供新思路。 Research purposes: Due to the construction complexity and technical difficulty of long-span tied arch bridges, construction monitoring is required, which generates a wide variety and huge amount of monitoring data. However, the on-site monitoring work is mere formality, and the monitoring data is not fully utilized. In order to realize the visual display and long-term effective storage of monitoring data, facilitate engineers and technicians to fully grasp the structural status of the long-span tied arch bridge at each construction stage, this paper establishes BIM model of the arch bridge on basis of parametric method, which is used for secondary development to effectively manage the arch bridge construction monitoring data.Research conclusions:(1) The arch bridge BIM model is established through the parametric modeling method, and the monitoring information during the arch bridge construction process is selected to integrate the BIM model to achieve the efficient integration of tied arch bridge construction control information.(2) The plug-in is written to realize the visual expression of monitoring data using secondary development technology of BIM. It can also access relevant data, visually display the stress and deformation of the bridge members at different construction stages, and guide the construction.(3) Visual Studio 2015 is used as the development platform to realize the information integration and visual expression of bridge construction monitoring data, which can provide new ideas for bridge construction monitoring data management based on BIM technology.
