鼻腔入路拔除倒置阻生中切牙1例报告

Extraction of inverted impacted central incisor through nasal floor approach:a case report

摘要 上颌前牙区为阻生牙的好发部位,拔除上颌前牙区阻生牙一般需要通过锥形束CT(CBCT)定位后,采用唇侧或腭侧入路。但某些距离唇侧和腭侧均较远的阻生牙,采用常规的入路存在手术创伤大、术后愈合周期长及牙龈形态不美观等缺点。本文报道1例鼻腔入路拔除左上颌倒置阻生中切牙的病例,为临床医生提供参考。1病例资料1.1病史与检查患者男,23岁,以"全口牙列不齐"为主诉于2018-07-19来十堰市太和医院口腔医学中心就诊。
