摘要 基于云平台的智能制造已成为中国制造业发展的战略要点。针对基于云平台的智能制造标准化顶层架构欠缺的问题,基于国家智能制造标准体系建设指南,结合工业云平台、智能制造发展实际,从基础共性、云平台、设备智能化、工业物联网、工厂智能化、安全等6个方面进行基于云平台的智能制造标准体系研究规划,为基于云平台的智能制造应用与发展提供体系化的标准支撑,也为相关标准的研究与制定提供指导。 Intelligent manufacturing based on cloud platform has become the strategic point of the development of China’s manufacturing industry. In view of the lack of top-level architecture of intelligent manufacturing standardization based on cloud platform, based on the construction guide of national intelligent manufacturing standard system, combined with the actual development of industrial cloud platform and intelligent manufacturing, the research and planning of intelligent manufacturing standard system based on cloud platform are carried out from six aspects of basic commonness, cloud platform, equipment intelligence, industrial Internet of things, factory intelligence, and security the application and development of intelligent manufacturing based on cloud platform not only provides systematic standard support, but also provides guidance for the research and development of relevant standards.
