摘要
某乙烯厂乙烯装置裂解炉汽包液位控制采用三冲量控制,即汽包液位、入口锅炉水流量、出口蒸汽流量三参数,本文通过分析汽包液位如何采用三参数构成前馈反馈控制系统,实现乙烯裂解炉汽包液位控制;如何在Emerson Deltav DCS中组态实现;以及在实际投用阶段如何通过优化控制参数达到液位稳定控制效果。
The drum level control of cracking furnace in ethylene plant of an ethylene plant adopts three elements control, namely drum level, inlet boiler water flow and outlet steam flow. This paper analyzes how to use three parameters to form feedforward feedback control system to realize the control of steam drum level of ethylene cracking furnace;how to realize the control of steam drum level in Emerson DeltaV in the actual operation stage, how to optimize the control parameters to achieve the level stability control effect.
