摘要
为快速识别数字传感器故障,保证称重设备正常的工作状态,针对钢卷秤四个数字传感器的输出码值进行研究,通过采集不同状态下4个传感器的输出码值,然后使用统计学分析方法中判别分析和聚类分析建立传感器故障识别模型。结果表明,通过该两种方法可以很好地识别传感器的4种工作状态,为传感器的故障识别提供可靠的一种技术支撑。
In order to quickly identify the digital sensor fault and ensure the normal working state of the weighing device, the method is used to study the output code values of four digital sensors of the steel coil scale. The output code values of the sensors are collectsed under different states. The recognition mode is established with the discriminant analysis and cluster analysis in the statistical analysis method. The results show that the four methods can well identify the four working states of the sensor and provide a reliable technical support for the fault identification of the steel coil scale.
