摘要
综述了近年来国内外在半脂环型无色透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜低热膨胀化研究领域内的进展情况。从CPI薄膜的发展历史、结构分类、存在的性能缺陷以及相应的功能化现状等方面进行了阐述。着重介绍了半脂环型CPI薄膜在降低热膨胀系数方面的研究进展。最后,结合中国地质大学(北京)在半脂环型CPI薄膜的基础与产业化研究方面的进展,对该类型CPI薄膜的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The recent research and development of the semi-alicyclic colorless and transparent(CPI)films were reviewed.Several aspects,including the developing history,structural classification,the property disadvantages,and the corresponding functionalization were mainly presented.Particularly,the functionalization of the semi-alicyclic CPI films in the direction of decreasing the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE)was emphatically introduced.At last,the future developing trends of semi-alicyclic CPI film were prospected based on the corresponding basic and industrial research in CUGB.
