摘要
为研制适用于拉挤成型工艺的环氧树脂,以乙二醇缩水甘油醚(XY-669)为活性稀释剂,研究了其对体系性能的影响。通过对树脂体系的黏度、固化反应、浇铸体的力学等性能表征,确定了低黏度液态树脂配方体系。当XY-669添加量为15份时,该树脂体系在常温下黏度低、适用期较长、拉伸强度可达83MPa,弯曲强度可达150MPa,玻璃化温度(Tg)可达151℃。在此基础上,采用拉挤成型工艺制备了碳纤维复合材料,并探讨了拉挤工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响,进而确定了最佳拉挤成型温度和速度。当成型温度分别为110℃(一段)、160℃(二段)和200℃(三段)时,拉挤速度为0.25cm/min时,所制备的碳纤维复合材料的力学性能最佳。研究结果表明,研制的环氧树脂满足拉挤成型工艺的性能要求,可制备性能优异的复合材料。
It was prepared that a low viscosity and suitable for pultrusion molding technology epoxy resin(EP)with using ethylene glycol glycidyl ether(XY-669)as reactive diluent.The formulation XYstem of the liquid resin with low viscosity was determined through the characterization of the material properties of the XYstem.it was that when the amount of the diluent was 15 parts,the viscosity of the XYstem at room temperature had low viscosity,long application period,tensile strength up to 83 MPa,bending strength up to 150 MPa,and vitrification temperature(Tg)up to 151℃at room temperature.Moreover,the carbon fiber composite material was prepared by the drawing agent forming process.The influence of the drawing agent forming temperature on the properties of the material was studied,and the optimum forming temperature process parameters were determined.The research results shown that the development of low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin met the performance requirements of tensile agent molding,and carbon fiber composite materials with excellent properties can be prepared.
