摘要
玻璃纤维作为工业过滤材料,具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、机械性能好、化学稳定性高等特点,但是存在过滤效率低、过滤阻力大的缺点。传统的玻璃纤维过滤材料主要有玻璃纤维针刺毡、玻璃纤维覆膜滤料和玻璃纤维过滤纸等。以火焰喷吹工艺制备的玻璃纤维棉毡具有纤维直径小、棉毡结构性能好等优势,可以实现高温环境下的高效过滤。
As an industrial filter material,glass fiber has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,good mechanical properties and high chemical stability.The traditional glass fiber filtration materials mainly include glass fiber needling mat,glass fiber coated filter material,glass fiber filter paper,etc.But,it has the disadvantages of low filtration efficiency and high filtration resistance.In order to realize the high efficiency and low resistance filtration performance,the glass fiber felt prepared by flame blowing process has the advantages of small fiber diameter and good structure performance,and can realize the high efficiency filtration under high temperature environment.
