摘要
采用静电纺丝技术制备丝蛋白/聚乙烯醇(SF/PVA)模板纤维,结合水热矿化将TiO_(2)包覆于纤维表面,得到TiO_(2)/SF/PVA复合纤维,通过带能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM-EDS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其形貌和形成过程进行了表征分析,确定了复合纤维中丝蛋白及TiO_(2)的结构分别为β-折叠结构和锐钛矿晶体结构,随后利用万能试验机测定其力学性能,结果显示其具有良好的机械性能,拉伸强度可达6MPa、杨氏模量可达221MPa、断裂伸长率为2.1%。该方法简单、环保,并可推广应用于其他材料体系,为柔性结构材料的制备及应用提供了一条有效途径。
The silk fibroin(SF)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)template fiber was facilely fabricated by electrospinning.Combined with hydrothermal mineralization,TiO_(2) was successfully coated on the surface of the fiber to obtain TiO_(2)/SF/PVA composite fiber.The morphology and formation process of the composite fiber were characterized by SEM(EDS),IR and XRD.The mechanical properties of the composite fiber were measured.The results showed that the as-prepared TiO_(2)/SF/PVA exhibited excellent mechanical properties:the tensile strength of ~6 MPa,the maximum Young’s modulus of ~221 MPa and the elongation at break of ~2.1%.It was also simple and environmentally friendly and can be readily extended to other material systems,which opened an advanced route to construct flexible structural materials in an efficient way for practical applications.
