关于美丽乡村信息化建设方案的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Informatization ConstructionScheme of Beautiful Countryside

针对美丽乡村建设工作中信息化程度低的问题,本文以河南省罗山县孙岗村为例,提出了一种基于.NET框架和地图服务的美丽乡村综合信息管理系统建设方案,该方案整合了正射影像图、倾斜摄影三维模型、扶贫信息、农村土地确权数据、户籍数据、土地利用数据、乡村企业数据等与乡村日常工作密切相关的多源异构数据,实现了地图浏览、信息查询、专题统计、三维规划分析等功能。该系统的建立极大提高了乡村管理的工作效率,为乡村建设中事务的精准识别、精准服务和精准管理提供了技术支撑,对其他地区的美丽乡村信息化建设也具有一定的借鉴指导意义。

In view of the low level of informatization in the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper takes Sungang village of Luoshan County in He′nan province as an example,and proposes a construction scheme of comprehensive information management system of beautiful countryside based on.Net Framework and Map Service.The scheme integrates orthophoto,tilt photography 3D model,poverty alleviation information,rural land ownership data,household registration data,land use data,rural enterprise data,and other heterogeneous data closely related to the daily work of rural areas.The functions of map browsing,information query,thematic statistics,3D planning and analysis are realized.The establishment of the system greatly improves the work efficiency of rural management,provides technical support for the precise identification,service and management of rural construction affairs,and has certain reference and guidance significance for the construction of beautiful countryside information in other areas.
