摘要 火电企业传统评价工作模式长期存在共享度低、随意性大、规范性差、缺乏监控、分析困难等问题,为推进火电企业评价依据标准化、任务执行程序化、问题整改科学化、现场操作便捷化、数据分析简单化,本文提出了推荐专家规则排序算法,构建了评价数据分析模型,利用信息化手段,研发了基于数据挖掘的火电企业安全生产和技术监督评价系统,实现了PC端与移动端协同管理。并通过实际应用,验证了该系统能有效降低人力物力财力,提高整体工作效率,保障机组安全、可靠、经济运行,可为企业决策提供数据支撑。 For a long time,there are many problems in conventional evaluation mode of thermal power enterprises,such as low sharing degree,large randomness,poor standardization,lack of monitoring,and difficult in analysis.In order to promote the standardization of evaluation basis,the procedure of task execution,the scientific problem rectification,the convenience of field operation and the simplification of data analysis for thermal power enterprises,this paper proposes ranking algorithm of recommended expert rules,and constructs an evaluation data analysis model.By using information means,the safety production and technical supervision and evaluation system for thermal power enterprises based on data mining is developed,and the collaborative management between PC terminal and mobile terminal is realized.Through practical application,it verifies that this system can effectively reduce manpower,material and financial resources,improve the overall work efficiency,and ensure the safety,reliability and economic operation of the unit,which can provide data support for enterprise decision-making.
