基于数据拟合的除氧器汽水系统自启动升温控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 火电厂除氧器汽水系统升温过程是锅炉给水处理的重要环节,在机组冷态启动过程中,除氧器汽水系统整体升温过程具有滞后、时变、非线性及控制难度大等特点。本文通过分析某机组启动过程中手动投入除氧器汽水系统的升温过程数据,分别对除氧器蒸汽加热控制阀开度、除氧器汽水系统温度进行数据拟合,结合基于时间的动态调整除氧器汽水系统升温控制策略,实现除氧器汽水系统升温全过程自动启动,解决了除氧器汽水系统升温过程中的耗时长、加热效率低、控制难度大等问题,为同类型除氧器汽水系统加热升温的自动启动提供了参考。 The deaerator water heating system of thermal power plant is an important link in the boiler feedwater treatment process in thermal power plants.It has the characteristics of hysteresis,time-varying and non-linearity during the operation process and certain risk of control difficulty.Through analyzing the data of heating process of the steam-water system in the deaerator of a unit,the opening degree of the deaerator’s steam heating control valve and the temperature of the deaerator’s steam-water system are fitted.Combined with a time-based dynamic control technology for temperature rise of the deaerator’s steam-water system,automatic start of the whole process of the deaerator’s steam-water heating is realized,and the problems such as longtime consumption,low heating efficiency and difficult control in the heating process of the deaerator are solved.The result provides a reference for the automatic start of heating control strategy in the same type systems.
