摘要 燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组效益计算需要建立在热电成本合理分摊的基础上,本文提出一种新的热电成本分摊方法。该方法首先拟合机组在多种运行方式下的气耗量曲线,并考虑市场供电价格、供热价格、天然气价格以及固定成本和厂用电,在联合循环机组多种运行方式下建立热电成本分摊模型。该热电成本分摊模型可以计算机组实时经济效益,基于机组的气耗量曲线,计算得到机组的实时供电与供热利润平衡点及热电转换比曲线,据此给出机组实时最优发电出力和供热出力运行优化方案,同时分析了机组在固定供热量下的最大发电功率,可供运行人员在机组做深度调峰时参考。 The benefit calculation of gas-steam combined cycle units should be based on reasonable allocation of heat and power costs.This paper proposes a new heat and power cost allocation method,which uses big data analysis methods to fit the gas consumption curve of the unit in various operating modes.Considering the market power supply price,heating price,natural gas price,fixed cost and auxiliary power consumption,a thermal power cost allocation model is established in multiple operation modes of combined cycle units.This thermoelectric cost sharing model can calculate the real-time economic benefits of the unit,and obtain the real-time power supply and heating profit balance point and the thermoelectric conversion ratio curve of the unit based on the gas consumption curve of the unit.On this basis,the real-time optimal power generation and heating output operation optimization plan of the unit is given,and the maximum power generation of the unit under the fixed heat supply is analyzed.It can be used as a reference for operators during deep peak shaving of the unit.
