摘要
培育创新实践能力、凝聚创新精神、孵化创新人才是新形势下创新实践平台构建的重要任务。本文以勘查技术与工程专业为例,从创新实践平台的设计管理机制、实施运行机制和考核评价机制入手,描述了大学生创新实践平台的构建行动,阐明了创新实践平台的实践理念,介绍了一定的创新经验和实践认识。通过建立一支多层次、高素质的创新实践指导教师队伍,构建"双一流"背景下的创新管理-运行机制,发挥大学生"管理者-参与者"的双面作用,实现大学生创新实践能力的进一步提高,真正营造出以学生为中心,社会需求为导向的创新实践人才培养模式。
Cultivating innovative practice ability, condensing innovative spirit and incubating innovative talents are the important tasks of the construction of innovative practice platform. Taking the exploration technology and engineering specialty as an example, starting from the design management mechanism, implementation operation mechanism and assessment mechanism of the innovation practice platform, this paper describes the construction action of the innovation practice platform for college students. Through the establishment of a multi-level, high-quality innovative practice instructor team, the construction of "double first-class" background of innovation management operation mechanism,truly create a student-centered, social demand-oriented innovative practice talent training mode.
