Research on the Construction of Educational Administration Information System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "Internet plus"

"互联网+"背景下,高职院校构建适合学校发展的教务管理信息化体系至关重要。本文通过分析现有高职院校教务管理信息化体系存在的问题,确定"互联网+"背景下优化教务管理信息化体系的构建原则,提出构建基于"互联网+"的教务管理信息化体系包括设施子系统、支持子系统和应用子系统三个方面的内容。通过完善组织机构、制度体系、教务管理信息平台建设、信息技术手段和信息反馈机制得以实现。

Under the background of "Internet plus", it is very important for higher vocational colleges to construct educational administration information system suitable for school development. By analyzing the problems of the educational administration information system in the existing vocational colleges, this paper determines the principles of optimizing the educational administration information system under the background of "Internet plus", and proposes that the construction of educational administration information system based on the Internet plus includes three aspects:the subsystem of the facilities, the subsystem of the support and the application subsystem. It should achieve through the improvement of organization, system, educational administration information platform construction, information technology means and information feedback mechanism.
