Research on the Course System Construction of Telemetry Specialty

当前高校遥测专业面临课程设置老旧、知识点固化、脱离实战化教学等突出现实问题,一定程度上制约了高素质指挥与技术人才的培养锻造。为此,本文以我校遥测专业课程体系建设为研究方向,分析论述了当前课程体系短板,梳理了未来遥测专业课程体系建设框架与方向,指明了培养"指技俱精"高素质新型人才的战略方针。同时立足于基层岗位任职的迫切需要,从课程理论、装备实操、业务训练等方面制定了遥测专业学员培养方案,加快我校现代化信息化条件下的遥测专业课程体系纵深发展,向未来、向实际转型,进一步促进新型人才力量人才的快速成型。

At present, the telemetry major in military academies is faced with some prominent practical problems, such as old curriculum, solidified knowledge points, and out of practice teaching, which restrict the cultivation of highquality command and technical personnel in the army to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper takes the course system construction of telemetry major in our university as the research direction, analyzes and discusses the shortcomings of the current course system, combs the framework and direction of the future course system construction of telemetry major under the background of actual combat, and points out the strategic policy of cultivating high-quality new military talents with "excellent skills". At the same time, based on the urgent needs of grass-roots posts, the training scheme of telemetry professional students adapted to the development of the army is formulated from the aspects of curriculum theory, equipment operation, business training, etc., so as to speed up the in-depth development of telemetry professional curriculum system under the condition of modernization and informatization of our university, transform to the future and actual combat, and further promote the rapid formation of new military talents.
