摘要
2001年教育部颁布了《全日制义务教育科学(7~9年级)课程标准(实验稿)》,浙江省作为试点省份率先开展初中科学综合课程改革,旨在将传统的物理、化学、生物和地理等分立的课程进行整合,提高学生的探索能力和创新能力。改革的施行对初中科学教师的专业水平提出了更高的要求。如今,初中科学综合课程改革在浙江已开展近20年,初中科学教师的专业发展情况如何呢?本文主要以走访、问卷的方式调研宁波市初中科学教师的专业发展现状并分析其存在的问题,为今后专业发展提供参考意见。
In 2001, the Ministry of Education issued the "Full-time Compulsory Education Science(Grade 7 9)Curriculum Standards(Experimental Draft)", and Zhejiang Province, as a pilot province, took the lead in launching the comprehensive curriculum reform of science course in middle school. The traditional separate courses of physics,chemistry, biology and geography are integrated to implement the comprehensive curriculum reform. Thus, it has put forward huge challenges and higher professional development requirements for the teachers. Now that the comprehensive curriculum reform has been carried out in Zhejiang for nearly 20 years, how about the professional development of science teachers in middle school? We investigate the professional development status of science teachers in middle school in Ningbo by means of interviews and questionnaires, analyze the existing problems, and finally provide suggestions for them.
