新冠疫情防控常态化下医学临床见习教学模式思考与探索

Thoughts and Explorations of Teaching Mode for Medical Clinical Probation under the Normalization of New Crown Epidemic Prevention and Control

在新冠疫情防控工作常态化的大背景之下,如何克服临床见习教学中所面临的问题,更加安全、有效的进行临床见习的教学,是临床医学领域教育者亟待思考与关注的问题。多种教学模式已应用于当下,其中"线上线下"的混合式教学模式能够将各种现代化信息技术与各种教学模式有效融合,克服当前时局下的难点,调动医学生积极性,达到实践教学的目的。鉴于此,本文就目前特殊时期的不同医学临床见习教学模式的应用展开深入探讨。

Under the background of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, how to overcome the problems faced in clinical probation teaching, and conduct clinical probation teaching more safely and effectively, all these questions are urgently need to think about and pay more attention by educators in the field of clinical medicine. A variety of teaching models have been applied to the present. Among them, the "online and offline" hybrid teaching model can effectively integrate various modern information technologies with various teaching models,to overcome the difficulties of the current situation, and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical students to achieve the purpose of practical teaching. In view of this, this article discussed the application of different medical clinical probation teaching models in the current special periods.
