摘要
随着高校的不断扩招,大学毕业生人数逐年增加。且受新冠肺炎以及经济下行的影响,就业形势越发严峻。为了提升就业率,各高校应该对现有的职业生涯规划课程进行改革。本研究从分析贵州财经大学职业生涯规划课程现状出发,通过对目前存在的问题进行分析,提出课程改革的建议。希望能提高该课程的价值和效用,帮助毕业生增强其就业核心竞争力。
With the continuous expansion of universities, the number of graduates increases year by year. And because of COVID-19 and the economic downturn, the employment situation is getting tougher. In order to improve the employment rate, colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of guiding the career planning of undergraduate. Based on the current situation of "Career Planning Course" in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for curriculum reform, hoping to improve the practicability of this course and enhance the core competitiveness of graduates.
