高校来华留学生教学管理改革创新

The Reform and Innovation on Teaching Management of International Students in China Universities

摘要 随着中国高等教育国际交流与合作的逐渐深入,来华留学教育规模提升,经历了从数量式提升到内涵式发展,意味着来华留学教育将同时面临数量增长与质量提升两大发展任务。来华留学生教学管理改革要基于OBE教育理念,把以学生为中心服务学生发展、以问题为导向补齐培养短板和以持续改进为手段全环节提升质量当作主要任务,积极推动来华留学高等教育教学质量的提升。 With the gradual deepening of the communication and cooperation of higher education in China, the scale of international students in China has expanded rapidly. From quantitative to implicit development, it means that education in China will face the two main tasks which are both quantitative growth and quality improvement. Based on the concept of OBE education, the reform of international students’ teaching management in China should take the primary tasks as the student-centered service for students’ development, the problem-oriented training for cultivation supplement and the continuous rectification for education quality improvement to actively promote the quality of higher education for the international students in China.
