摘要
叙述了以X波段160 W固态发射机组件为基础,采用16通道空间合成式,获得2 kW输出功率的固态雷达发射机,具有合成效率高的优点。每个通道均配有移相器,通过配置射频通道移相器,使得发射机发射波束具有余割平方辐射的特性。最后在微波暗室配相实测与预期余割平方辐射方向图基本一致,实测功率也达到预期。
This paper describes the solid-state radar transmitter which is based on the 160 W solid-state transmitter assembly in X-band and adopts 16-channel space synthesis to obtain 2 kW output power,which has the advantage of high synthesis efficiency.Each channel is equipped with a phase shifter,which enables the transmitter beam to have the property of cosecant square radiation through the configuration of the RF channel phase shifter.Finally,the measured phase distribution in the anechoic chamber is basically consistent with the expected cosecant square radiation pattern,and the measured power also reaches the expected level.
