摘要
为了提高UV喷墨油墨的分散稳定性,利用高酸值固体丙烯酸树脂Joncryl 678和聚醚胺Jeffamine M2070进行接枝反应,制备了一种可用于UV喷墨油墨的超支化分散剂。实验结果表明,在一定范围内,随着聚醚胺比例的增大,聚合物的接枝程度增高,聚合物中游离羧基的数目减少,分散剂的酸值逐渐降低。由该超支化分散剂分别用于UV体系中钛白、酞青蓝、P.R. 122红、P.R.254红研磨,所得色浆分散性良好且具有良好的热稳定性,可以用于UV喷墨。
In order to improve the dispersion stability of UV inkjet inks, a hyperbranched dispersant for UV inkjet inks was prepared by grafting high acid value solid acrylic resin JONCRYL 678 and polyether amine Jeffamine M2070.The experimental results showed that, in a certain range, with the increase of polyether amine proportion, the degree of polymer grafting increased, the number of free carboxyl group in the polymer decreased, and the acid value of the dispersant decreased gradually. The hyperbranched dispersant was used to grind titanium white, phthalocyanine blue, P.R. 122 red and P.R.254 red in UV system, respectively.The obtained color paste has good dispersibility and good thermal stability, and can be used in UV inkjet.
