润滑脂游离碱溶解溶剂中二甲苯代替苯的方法研究

摘要 SH/T 0329-1992(2004)《润滑脂游离碱和游离有机酸测定法》中提到,难溶于溶剂油-乙醇的润滑脂,需采用苯-乙醇来进行溶解试验,然而苯有很强的致癌性[1],本文探究采用二甲苯代替苯的可行性,选用8个碱金属稠化的润滑脂进行试验,记录润滑脂使用不同溶剂的溶解速度和游离碱的测试结果,实验证明二甲苯可以代替苯作为润滑脂的溶解萃取溶剂。 According to SH/T 0329-1992(2004) 《Determination of free alkali and free organic acids content in Grease》, for grease that hardly dissolved in solvent oil-ethanol, benzene-ethanol should be used as the dissolving solvent. However, benzene has strong carcinogenicity[1]. This article explores the feasibility of replacing benzene with xylene. Eight alkali metal thickened greases were selected and tested by three dissolving solvent, Record the dissolution rate and free alkali test results of grease with different solvents,the test reuslt show that xylene can replace benzene as a solvent for dissolving grease.
