摘要 长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料(LFTPP)本身耐老化性能较差,加入了抗氧剂之后可以提高材料的耐热氧老化性能。本文主要试验不同老化温度和时间的影响,主要研究拉伸强度,弯曲强度,弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度,并分析了老化时间和温度与LFTPP力学性能的关系。结果表明,老化温度和时间对LFTPP的力学性能有很大影响。 The aging resistance of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(LFTPP) is poor, which can be improved by adding antioxidant. In this paper, the effects of aging temperature and time on the tensile strength, flexural strength, flexural modulus and notched impact strength of LFTPP were studied, and the relationship between aging time and temperature and mechanical properties of LFTPP was analyzed. The results show that the aging temperature and time have great influence on the mechanical properties of LFTPP.
