摘要
偕二氟环丙烯作为有机合成反应中重要的合成中间体,具有较高的区域选择性和立体选择性,对于复杂分子的合成与药物开发具有重要的研究意义。本文介绍了偕二氟环丙烯的自由基氢化反应、环加成反应、对醇的脱氧氟化反应、Heck反应、水解反应及参与的其它反应。分析了对偕二氟环丙烯的化学研究较少的问题,展望偕二氟环丙烯参与反应的研究方向。
Gedifluorocyclopropene, as an important synthetic intermediate in organic synthesis reactions, has high regioselectivity and stereoselectivity, and has important research significance for the synthesis of complex molecules and drug development. This article introduces the radical hydrogenation reaction of gem-difluorocyclopropene, cycloaddition reaction, deoxyfluorination reaction of alcohol, Heck reaction, hydrolysis reaction and other reactions involved. The chemistry of gem-difluorocyclopropene is analyzed, and the research direction of gem-difluorocyclopropene participating in the reaction is prospected.
