摘要
本文详细分析了500 kt/a干气回收富乙烷气装置开工初期、中期和后期的运行情况,通过实际工况与设计参数进行对比,查找装置存在问题。利用调整碳四吸收、解析塔的操作压力及操作温度的方法解决装置富乙烷气产品不合格问题;采用外冲洗结合优化冲洗温度和介质的方法解决碳四循环泵密封泄漏问题;基于标准规范检查压缩机出口冷却器腐蚀问题,制定详细整改方案,为装置平稳、长周期运行提供可靠依据。
In this paper, the operation conditions of the 500 kt/a dry gas recovery ethane-rich gas plant in the initial, middle and late period of the start-up are analyzed in detail. By comparing the actual working conditions with the design parameters, the problems of the plant are found. By adjusting the operating pressure and temperature of the carbon four absorption and resolution tower, the problem of unqualification of ethane-rich gas products in the unit was solved. The sealing leakage problem of carbon four circulation pump was solved by the method of external flushing combined with the optimization of flushing temperature and medium. Inspect the corrosion problem of compressor outlet cooler based on the standard specification, make detailed rectification plan, and provide reliable basis for the stable and long period operation of the device.
