摘要
闪点是反映石油产品运输和储存的安全性及其质量的重要指标,本文通过实验和理论,结合实际工作中检测经验,分析测试样品含水量、火源直径、升温速度、试样加入量、点火次数、测试样品的存放、测试杯清洗、大气压校正、仪器校正等几个因素对闭口闪点测定的影响,从而提高我们实际检测数据的准确性,供从事检测的同行们参考。
Flash point is an important index to reflect the safety and quality of petroleum products transportation and storage, this paper through experiments and theory, combined with the actual work of testing experience, analysis and test sample moisture content, fire source diameter, heating speed, sample addition, ignition times, test sample storage, test cup cleaning, atmospheric pressure correction, instrument correction and other factors on the impact of closed flash point determination, so as to improve the accuracy of our actual detection data, for the test colleagues to refer to.
