地方本科院校化学类专业科研育人的实现路径探索

Exploration on the Realization Path of Scientific Research Education for Chemistry Specialty in Local Undergraduate Colleges

科研育人是"三全育人"的重要组成部分,是高校"立德树人"的内在要求。当前地方院校科研育人主要存在着引导机制、教师科研动机、学生参与程度、保障机制、评价机制等方面的问题。针对这些问题,提出化学类专业科研育人的实现路径,从健全科研育人引导机制,强化科研育人队伍,搭建科研育人平台,建立科研育人保障机制,完善科研育人评价机制等方面进行了探讨,以其使科研育人真正发挥其作用。

Scientific research education is an important part of"three integrity education",and also is the internal requirements of"moral education"for undergraduates.At present,there exist many problems in local undergraduate universities during the process of scientific research education,such as the guiding mechanism,teachers’scientific research motivation,students’participation degree,guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism.In this paper,we discussed the realization path of scientific research education from improving guaranteed mechanism,strengthening team,constructing platform,establishing guarantee mechanism,and completing evaluation mechanism of scientific research education in chemistry specialty.We hope that the scientific research education plays a real role in college education.
