摘要
青年教师在工作过程中存在教学能力欠缺的问题,以《聚合物改性》这门课程为例,青年教师在授课过程中可能存在教学方式不对,授课吃力,无法达到预期效果的情况。针对这些问题,青年教师应在岗前培训过程中不流于形式、自身不断加强课程理论实践的修炼和提升、将科研融入教学、利用隐性的课程思政教育与知识体系相结合等帮助上好《聚合物改性》这门课程。
Young teachers are lack of teaching ability in the process of work.Taking Polymer Modification as an example,young teachers may have some problems in teaching,such as incorrect teaching methods and unable to achieve the expected results.In view of these problems,young teachers should not be formalistic in the process of pre job training.They should constantly strengthen the cultivation and promotion of curriculum theory and practice,integrate scientific research into teaching,and make use of the combination of implicit curriculum ideological and political education and knowledge system to help the course of Polymer Modification better and better.
