思政教育是落实立德树人、培养合格的社会主义接班人这一具体目标的最有效途径。思政教育是当前教学改革的重要切入点,针对如何发挥课程思政教育在高校专业课程中的作用,基于食品检测技术专业的课程体系,结合食品检测技术实践教学环节的特点,在实践教学环节中,如何开展思政教育的实践进行了初步的探索,为食品类相关课程的思政教学设计提供参考。
