摘要 本文立足于我校精细化工专业学生的现状,结合中职化工专业实训教学"职业性、技术性、综合性"的特点,构建了"五位一体"中职化工实训教学多元评价体系,从学生自评、学生互评、教师评价学生、学生评价教师、教师自评等五个方面进行多元评价。经过实践研究表明,实训教学评价的实施,激发了学生学习的积极主动性,促进了化工实训课程教学质量和学生技能水平的提高,对培养高素质技能人才具有重要意义。 Based on the current situation of students majoring in chemical engineering in our school, combined with the characteristics of "professionalism, technicality and comprehensiveness" of practical teaching of chemical engineering major, this paper constructs a "five in one" multiple evaluation system of practical teaching of chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools, and carries out multiple evaluation from five aspects: students’ self-evaluation, students’ mutual evaluation, teachers’ evaluation of students, students’ evaluation of teachers and teachers’ self-evaluation. The practical research shows that the implementation of practical teaching evaluation stimulates students’ learning initiative, promotes the improvement of teaching quality and students’ skill level of chemical practical training course, and is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
