摘要
在大学有机化学验证实验中,碘仿反应常被用来鉴别含有CH3CO-结构的醛、酮,也是进一步制备特殊结构羧酸的重要反应。然而,化合物中含有CH3CO-结构并不是碘仿反应发生的必要充分条件,因而全面弄清碘仿反应与有机化合物结构之间的关系非常必要。本文从实验以及化合物结构探讨了碘仿反应发生的条件,以期学生对碘仿反应有一个更加全面的认识。
For verification experiments of organic chemistry in university, the iodoform reaction was often used to identify aldehydes and ketones with CH3 COstructure, and was also an important reaction for further preparation of specific carboxylic acids. However, the presence of CH3 CO-in the compound structure was not a necessary and sufficient condition for the occurrence of iodoform reaction. Hence, it was necessary to comprehensively understand the relationship between iodoform reaction and the structure of organic compounds. This paper discusses the conditions of iodoform halide reaction from the experiments and compound structures in order to give students a more comprehensive understanding of iodoform reaction.
