摘要
采用两种超声设备进行了不同超声作用方式对碳酸盐型铀矿石碱浸效果的影响试验研究,确定了相应的工艺条件,结果表明超声波浸出能起到一定的强化效果,有助于促进铀矿物的溶解,但超声空化泡形成的位置对矿浆液—固反应的过程有较大的影响,超声波提取仪对矿石进行超声后矿浆明显变得粘稠,而超声波反应器对矿浆粘度的影响较小。
In this paper, two kinds of ultrasonic equipment are used to test the effect of different ultrasonic methods on the alkali leaching of carbonate type uranium ore, and the corresponding process conditions are determined. The results show that ultrasonic leaching can play a certain strengthening effect and help to promote the dissolution of uranium minerals. But the position of cavitation bubble has a great influence on the process of slurry liquid-solid reaction. After ultrasonic extraction, the pulp becomes viscous obviously, while the ultrasonic reactor has little influence on pulp viscosity.
