Thoughts for Classified Utilization and Pollution Control of Water Resources in Coal-fired Power Plant

随着"水十条"、排污许可等制度及法规的颁布执行,燃煤电厂作为用水、排水大户,进行水资源分级利用和污染防治改造刻不容缓。对全厂水系统改造工作需要理顺管理关系、理清工作思路,因地制宜、统筹规划适合本厂的水务管理及改造工作。本文结合实际工作,提出全厂水资源分级利用及污染防治改造工作思路,为全厂水系统改造规划及实施提供借鉴。

With the promulgation and implementation of regulations and systems such as the "Ten Waters" and sewage permits, coal-fired power plants, as major water and drainage households, must carry out gradual utilization of water resources and pollution prevention and transformation without delay. For the whole plant water system transformation work, it is necessary to straighten out the management relationship and clarify the working ideas, adapt to local conditions, and make overall planning suitable for the plant’s water management and transformation work. This article combines the actual work, puts forward the plant’s water resources classification utilization and pollution prevention and transformation work ideas, to provide reference for the plant’s water system transformation planning and implementation.
