孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合中医耳穴贴压治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的疗效分析

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的探讨分析孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合中医耳穴贴压治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法将2018年1月至2020年12月东莞市石排医院肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿40例纳入研究,随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。西药组男12例,女8例,年龄(6.10±1.22)岁;耳穴组男14例,女6例,年龄(6.17±1.19)岁。西药组给予孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德治疗,耳穴组在西药组基础上联合中医耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患儿C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、咳嗽积分及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿CRP水平和咳嗽积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,耳穴组CRP水平和咳嗽积分分别为(7.02±1.18)mg/L、(1.05±0.39)分,均低于西药组(9.24±1.26)mg/L、(1.99±0.43)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德与孟鲁司特钠联合中医耳穴贴压治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽疗效显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,40 children with chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in Shipai Hospital of Dongguan were selected as the object of study and were randomly divided into two groups with the random number table method,20 patients in each group.In the western medicine group,there were 12 males and 8 females,with an age of(6.10±1.22)years old.In the auricular acupoint group,there were 14 males and 6 females,with an age of(6.17±1.19)years old.The western medicine group was treated with montelukast sodium and budesonide,and the auricular acupoint group was treated with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the western medicine group.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),cough scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the CRP level and cough score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After the treatment,the CRP level and cough score in the auricular acupoint group were(7.02±1.18)mg/L and(1.05±0.39)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the western medicine group[(9.24±1.26)mg/L and(1.99±0.43)points],with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children is remarkable,worthy of popularization and application.
