布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇方案在小儿毛细支气管炎中临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年1月于中山市古镇人民医院治疗的178例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,基于随机抽样规则,均分为对照组及观察组,各89例。对照组男45例,女44例,月龄(5.89±4.23)个月;观察组男46例,女43例,月龄(6.72±3.42)个月。对照组予以布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德与沙丁胺醇联合治疗方案。分析两组患儿临床症状缓解时间及治疗总有效率。结果观察组咳嗽、喘息及肺部啰音症状缓解时间分别为(3.24±1.47)d、(4.25±1.83)d、(5.12±1.16)d,均明显短于对照组(4.89±1.07)d、(5.86±1.83)d、(7.03±1.41)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.75%(87/89),显著高于对照组83.15%(74/89),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.991,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,在病理特征改善、治愈速率提升、治疗总有效率方面显著优于布地奈德单独治疗,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods A total of 178 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Zhongshan Guzhen People's Hospital from June 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.Based on the random sampling rule,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 89 cases in each group.There were 45 males and 44 females in the control group,with an age of(5.89±4.23)months old.There were 46 males and 43 females in the observation group,with an age of(6.72±3.42)months old.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with the combination of budesonide and salbutamol.The relief time of clinical symptoms and the total effective rates of treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The relief time of cough,wheezing,and pulmonary rales in the observation group were(3.24±1.47)d,(4.25±1.83)d,and(5.12±1.16)d,which were shorter than those in the control group[(4.89±1.07)d,(5.86±1.83)d,and(7.03±1.41)d](all P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.75%(87/89),which was significantly higher than that in the control group[83.15%(74/89)](χ^(2)=10.991,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide and salbutamol in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis can effectively improve the pathological characteristics,increase the cure rate,and has a good therapeutic efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
